Your information. We collect only what we need to run the service: your details, bookings, messages and photos you choose to upload. Our Privacy, Terms and Disclaimers page explains what we keep, why, and for how long.
Location (team members). While you are on shift the staff space shares your location with the office for drive time, arrival checks and safety. It stops the moment you go off shift, and it is never shown to clients.
Notifications. Push notifications are optional. Turn them on or off any time in Settings.
One login. Your email and password open every space you have access to. Keep them private, and add two-step verification in Settings for extra protection.
Rewards and offers. Reward points and promotions are given at our discretion and can change. They are a thank you, not a payment.
