Your next cleans. Open My work to start a checklist.
Your jobs, checklists and calendar. Tap a job when you arrive to start its checklist.
Turn this on while you're working so the team can see you're on shift and coordinate jobs. Your location is only shared while you're on shift, and turns off when you end it.
Add your home address so the team can plan jobs near you and work out fair drive times between cleans. It's private. Clients never see it; the booking map only shows a general service area, never your address.
When you have back-to-back cleans in a day, the drive between them counts as paid work time. Each drive is checked off by a manager, then paid with your wages. Here's what's on record for you.
Last 90 days: time on site, driving between cleans, home travel, how long you have been with us, and any bonuses the office has awarded you.
Work jobs (from the team) show in blue. You can't change these. Add your own personal events & reminders in green.
Let the team know which days you can work. Submit each fortnight. Request leave here too.
Ask for time off. Your manager will approve or deny it, and you’ll see the result here.
Your gear, and a quick way to request refills when you're running low.
Equipment you've been issued. If something's missing or broken, mention it in a refill request or message your manager.
Set the quantities you need and send it to admin. Once your order's complete, admin will message you with pick-up or delivery options and add it to your log.
Contracts, policies, handbooks and job descriptions shared by the team. Tap to view or print.
Chat with other cleaners, the office, HR or a manager. You get a notification in the staff app when someone messages you, unless you mute that chat.
Click someone to message them, or tick several to start a group.
Want to move into another role on the team? Apply from here with your staff login. No separate account needed.
This opens your applications space, already signed in as you. Your resume, photo, skills and details carry across automatically. Anything you add there saves to your profile and is visible to management.
Open it on your phone and log in, then install it. Android: tap "Install the app" · iPhone: Safari Share button, "Add to Home Screen".
